Doug Riggs was our point man who was doing moss inspection on our roof demanded by a new home Insurance Company when he noticed our 35 year old Tile roof was showing evidence of eminent leaking at all the roof vents and chimney.. He gave us an estimate for replacement aluminum flashing around alll vents and our chimney, Plus tore tile away and verified wood beneath hadn’t rotted. He had his 3 men done in less than a day! We trust his work and have no worries when it eventually rains in central coast California.

This company is fantastic! Our roof leaked terrybly during the last rain storm. We called some roofing companies to get them to come give a bid or at least come out and look. Between calls not being returned to saying call in 4 months, I left a message with Creative Roofing. I received a call back the same day and was told someone would come by to look at the roof the next day. And he did! Then we were lucky: they had a delay on another job, and could come by within a few days and fix the main part of the problem, and finish the job at a later time. Doug and Dave were true to their word, and completed the entire job within two weeks. They cleaned up all the repair debris, and all were extremely friendly, competent, and took time to show what and where the problems were, showed me the pictures of the damages. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!
